They were neither tight nor stretchy. They were the usual old-school wide-leg jumpsuits. They did the job because I actually bought them for a 90's style party. But went with the restless skinny so she could get more out of them alongside the party. It's not going to happen. They were tall and legs apart. They had to be rolled up.
