Review on ⚡️ GO POWER GP-IC3000-12: Unleash Your Power on the Go! by Adewole Sherman

I would like to take a moment to write a review and thank Go Power for the excellent customer support. I have had a Go Power IC3000 for 34 months now. Before that it worked perfectly. Then I started getting errors. Since the IC3000 comes with a 36 month warranty I contacted Go Power support. They had me do a few things and do some voltage readings and then they said they thought the relay in the unit was faulty. They told me to write down everything we did and a description of the problem in a letter to support. along with a copy of the proof of purchase and 4 days later I had a new IC3000 inverter. That's what I call great customer service. Just wanted to make sure and let everyone know and thank Go Power again for your amazing support and customer service.
