Good quality for MN Winter
Minnesotans here. I took them for the first time in October when the temperature was 20 degrees. Difficult for a 4 year old to put on and take off by himself. Said they hurt and were tight but might need to be taken apart as he had no discomfort when outside and busy with the snow/sled. Keeps him warm and dry. So they reached him up to the middle of the lower leg.
