Fits perfectly, just the right size! My daughter is 8 years old but she has long legs. uses 14 (XL). She is fat but not fat. I find it difficult to find long descent skirts without going into the teens section that fit differently anyway. So I found them and thought they were a good fit and quality. I expected what I got and am satisfied! Not the best quality but for the price it was worth buying.
