I am 36 years old and have had acne my whole life until I started it 2 years ago. Remember to rinse your hair VERY THOROUGHLY, especially if you have facial hair as it contains peroxide which is a bleaching agent. I bleached all my towels, had to switch to white. I would recommend using this and then washing with a beard cleanser (if you have a beard). However, this is an excellent soap for the face, shoulders and back.
