Can wear them lying down
These glasses have yellow tinted lenses that give just enough relief without turning everything yellow. I wear these while lying on my side reading in bed. I read on my phone and these glasses help with the blue light. I fall asleep with them on all the time and they do not bother me and are not uncomfortable if I have them on overnight. I would definitely recommend these to everyone.
