After receiving the Opti I was glad to have my own alkaline water system. I followed all of T's instructions for preparing the filter and the first time I filtered the water it filtered the water very quickly. I tried a few more times and still the water seeped through quickly. I contacted the company and they wanted me to run tests but if the water is filtering fast then something is obviously not working properly. This makes me very cautious when buying additional filters as they are very expensive. I was expecting that if I contacted the company with photos and video of the fast water filtration through the filter, they would try to fix the problem so their customers would be sure to buy filters in the future, but they did. no At this point I feel like I bought $100 worth of water which is equivalent to my tap water.
