Cute, fluffy and girly
Very cute - my 3 and 7 year olds like to wear them with their dance leotards. Only thing is the top hem is not sewn so the inner layer stays inside so my 3 year old can't put it on by himself. The inner layer of the wrap unfolds to the top of the skirt. I'm sure I can just sew around the top to fix that.
- Material: Polyester. 3 layers of unlined tulle so it flexes a bit, goes better with leggings or shorts
