I like that it allows me to track my employees work in real time which helps with employee accountability as well as helping us keep up-to date about our customers needs or requests! Sometimes there aren't enough fields available so some things are difficult but overall we love using this system because of all its benefits.
Nothing really at this point since everything works great however sometimes you can get stuck between screens if your not careful when navigating through them and don’t realize where they take u until too late (it happens). We use WOCLOUD mainly for tracking customer service calls/emails etc., scheduling appointments online, payroll processing, inventory updates and also keeping abreast of order status changes from suppliers.
