I bought this with the intention of using it for call center work, plugged it into my iMac and followed the instructions to connect it but it didn't work, headphone label "ESKA" appeared for a split second and then disappeared. I thought maybe pulling it out and plugging it back in would work, but no, it always did the same thing. Contacted Amazon, they said it was defective and sent me a new one. And guess what? this one does the same. I even tried this on my other windows machines and it did the same thing (connected for a second, then disconnected a couple of times) and within 1 minute audio was actually playing, the volume up and volume down delay was too much delayed . ask for a refund and send it back.
