Nice product for light back relief

I haven't really found anything wrong with this product, it is sturdy and folds up nice into the carrying bag it comes with. I haven't used other brand products like this one so I can't say how it compares to more or less expensive similar products. It does give some relief when you lay on it for awhile, and I like to lay on it when I do stretches for my back. I am a little underwhelmed overall with the effectiveness of this product which is why I only give it 4 out of 5 stars, but maybe I was hoping for too much.

The spikes may be too pointy and cause skin punctures
