Works great, one problem
Plug it into a standard network cable and it becomes a crossover. Works like a crossover every time and has no problems. A small problem is that it became a persistent application after about the 12th connection. Now I can't get it off the 7ft cable it's attached to, even with pliers and a lot of force. The retaining clip will release, but the RJ-45 appears to be glued on now.
