Solved my problem immediately.

This is a great solution for the trailer I'm towing. I have 4 pins on the truck and 4 pins and 7 pins on the trailer. The 4 pin connector on the trailer was miswired because the ground wire read 12 volts on the meter and the fuse under my dash was blown. I plugged it in and everything in the trailer worked! Turn signals, brakes, suspension and even headlights on the side.
