I ordered a size 38. I received the chaps well wrapped and packaged. Upon opening, I saw that the chaps were neatly folded, and protected with tissue paper. Spare snaps were included. The chaps are high quality! The leather has a good weight. It has the very nice smell of new leather. The hardware - zipper, snaps, eyelets, buckle - are sturdy, strong and heavy duty. I'm sure they will last. I purchased these men's chaps because I needed a bit more room for my thighs and winter belly. So the fit is more straight than curvy, with too much extra room in the lower thighs and calves. I have a long inseam (35") so I welcomed the extra long length, and can always wear them higher on my waist, or cut them shorter. The straight leg fit was to be expected since they are made for a man's body. I have already recommended these chaps to a male friend. I'm very happy with them.
