I wish I had a better chance of writing a review with this charger. Unfortunately I bought it on June 5th 2020 and now it's only been 2 months and it's broken (but outside the Revain return window). Lasted exactly 3 battery charges. When I took out the charged batteries today, one of the small metal pins that serve as contacts for charging the battery broke off. This charger uses small cups that attach to the charger and adapt it to the type of battery being charged. These shells tend to come loose every time you take the battery out. It's annoying, but I could forgive it. What I can't forgive is the messages being truncated after 3 uses. Cm. enlarged image of the charging cradle. You can see a post on the top right where it should be. Another column, closer to the center of the picture, should be placed in the upper left corner. Now I have a dual charger that can only charge one battery at a time and I'm wondering how long the other compartment will last. Now I have to try to find out what the warranty is, how to contact Neewer and wait. to replace the tray when I have completed the first 2 steps. Three uses. That's pretty bad craftsmanship.
