I ordered two of these AT&T sets (four phones) for Christmas gifts. Working phones sound great and are easy to use. Two phones of one device and one phone of the other do not work. I just can't return or exchange one or two phones. I have to send the whole set back. I got them from Revain and haven't returned them yet, so I don't know what problems I'll have if I try to replace them. I think next time I'll spend a few bucks more and buy them from a local store so I don't have to pay for return shipping to fix their faults. You also need to consider the "downtime" waiting for the entire kit to be replaced. AT&T says it has the right to replace phones even if you've just paid for new hardware. What's happening? I will update later.
