He wanted a computer for his home and when we saw this one we decided to give it a try. He couldn't believe how easy the installation was. A few short questions, clicks and a password and he's on his way. It was a lot easier than it was with his previous new personal computer a few years ago. Even setting up the streaming was very quick and easy. The screen is crisp and clear, with great refresh and load times. Camera quality is excellent, very smooth. And good heavens, but it's fast! It is fast in everything: downloadable programs, streaming, online activities and so on. He mainly uses it for Home Web/Microsoft Office and it delivers fast results on all fronts. a shadow that occasionally appears in and out of the bottom corner. He's not sure if it's the screen or something else as it doesn't always happen. But it's a distraction, and when the shadow grows, you'll have to send it back. It's been a month now and it doesn't seem to be getting worse or happening more often, but the fact that it's happening at all is worrying.
