My second swim most say it's the best PWO out there definitely cuts 1-2 days of recovery (IMO if you get DOM go to get DOM there is no way around it) . I take the recommended 3 scoops before getting ready to go to the locker room, eat a banana after leaving the gym (the most ideal insulin boost for fast carb digestion, in my opinion). The profile is high in creatine so I guess I'll have to find something else if I get off that. Cherry Blast isn't too bad, my first dip was a Green Apple Avalanche, oh my god that thing was gross. Make sure to eat high-protein, slow-carb foods an hour after taking a whey protein shake (which I drink half of after torrenting). if I don't, I'm going through the whole next day.
