These are extremely comfortable, breathable tank tops that wash & dry well. They are great for sleeping, although tend to shift a bit if you have a smaller chest (A or B cup). They also work very well for layering under tops & sweaters, although the white color is too sheer to wear as a top on its own (even an adhesive silicone bra will show through somewhat). I'm deducting one star for this, since the photos show the white tank as being much thicker than it really is. I would not wear these tanks without a bra, unless you are an exceptionally confident woman, because they will show everything.For reference, I'm 5'-6", 150-155 lbs, and ordered the small (I wanted a slim fit for layering under sweaters). I will order them in a medium next time.
