Incredibly delicious ravioli made. Very easy. I used the Imperia pasta machine, very handy. I had to make the bottom number 2 thick so it doesn't tear when stuffed. Using a rolling pin, cut out the ravioli and literally drop them into the boiling water. Less than a minute and you're eating the best ravioli! I have an idea for seafood and cheese ravioli, make meat ravioli (mixed beef with Italian sausage, egg, spices, some breadcrumbs, basically a recipe for meatballs). If you don't have a pasta machine, you'll need to roll out the dough fairly thinly, but it should be doable, just a little more difficult for beginners without a pasta machine. If you've never tried fresh ravioli, imagine the 1000 best ravioli you've ever eaten! You have no idea how much better they are than fresh! Before you start cooking the ravioli, prepare the sauce, they cook VERY quickly. Plus, a little topping goes a long way. Don't try to stuff them, use a wooden rolling pin, make sure you can see the incisors going all the way, then pull them out and MANJE!
