These are by far the best in-ear headphones I've ever bought. The only gripe I have is the fact that there is, for lack of a better word, a "hack" period that you have to endure. I had pain in one of my ears when adjusting the earpiece. I just ignored the pain as the noise, the wear and tear, the tight grip made such an impression on me that it's gone now! If these headphones get snagged on a doorknob or closet, you can rest assured that no headphones will pop out of your ears! They stick to your ears like glue! Most likely it is a 3.5mm plug that is being unplugged from your phone or device! Great sound, great grip for runners, riders, riders and no complaints about the built-in mic.
