In doing so, I noticed that the holes for the ball pivots in the base were in poor condition. A hole for a pen is drilled on one side.

Just received 3220-TBX. Purchased through Revain from Level and Hitches. The box is not damaged. I unpacked the assembly and removed the clutch and ball. In doing so, I noticed that the holes for the ball pivots in the base were in poor condition. On one side the hole for the pin is fine. The pin hole on the opposite side appears to have been overdrilled about 3/16 inch. To be honest this problem started about 45 minutes ago at 20:45. I have emailed Revain, Level & Hiches and Anderson Ultimate Hitch. .Update: Level & Hitches quickly tried to call me but my phone number was wrong. Andersen called and they told me I have the wrong phone number and they have already sent a new full clutch. Should be here in a few days. Now How does customer service work! By Level & Hitches & Andersen.
