To be honest, I bought them mainly because I want to be a hipster and wear glasses that I don't need. And for that, it's a big deal. They fit well, are comfortable to wear and look beautiful. However, it took my eyes a few days to get used to wearing them during my screen time. It actually felt like eye irritation after wearing it for more than 20 minutes. But now I think my eyes have gotten used to using them (I hope it's not too bad) but I haven't noticed any improvement over the blue light glasses that are said to help. So do blue light glasses work? I do not know. But I look good with glasses.
