Review on Avoderm Grain Free Chicken Chunks Cat Food in Gravy - 3oz Cans (Case of 24) by Jennifer Redmond

I have a cat with pancreatitis who has lost a lot of weight in two months. I bought so many brands of expensive, natural, grain-free, dry, and canned foods hoping to improve his diet and help him gain some more weight, but he just sniffed it and left. Knowing that before he got sick he really only liked wet food with chunks in gravy, I took the opportunity and ordered a batch of AvoDerm tuna and shrimp appetizers in gravy and he loved it! He eats one to three cans a day and is gaining weight again. When it came time to place a new order I got another box of tuna and shrimp and also ventured a box of AvoDerm Chicken Chunks Entree in Sauce and I'm so happy he loves it too! Yes, AvoDerm is more expensive than other products we fed him, but in hindsight the cheaper brand we fed him was high in chicken meal, grains and fillers and may have contributed to his pancreatitis. Very satisfied with the composition and nutritional value of AvoDerm wet cat food. We will definitely be buying more of both the chicken slices in sauce and the tuna and shrimp in sauce dishes.
