I bought this antenna for my Taranis X9D Plus Edition hoping to increase the range for my quads/drones. The standard antenna made me so happy as I went outside and flew my GEPRC CinePro my usual 100 meters down the street, at that distance with the standard antenna I had to turn around and start collapsing. With this new 5DB antenna I flew 125 yards, I could have gone further but I ran out of space, I would have ended up flying over 4 blocks! Lol 😂 So yes I am VERY happy with my new antenna for my use. I have already bought another one to attach to my multimod on my X9D. Oh yes, my Taranis looks very pretty too, with those two suction cups on it. The way costs 6 dollars! I hope this helps other flight mates.
