Very good product. It was a bit more expensive than other slicers, but I was looking for something that would last. I've been looking for a durable mandoline slicer and I found it! Made from thick, durable plastic, this food slicer is easy to clean and hasn't warped after being washed in the dishwasher over the past few months. The ultra-sharp blades are neatly stored in a plastic carrying case, and the plane body folds for easy storage. This is a big advantage over other slicers! The kit includes different blades that cut any vegetable or fruit the way you want it. The adjustable handle makes it easy to achieve the perfect thickness. Each "click" makes a difference of about 1mm, allowing you to be very precise with your cuts. I use it most often for thinly slicing apples to make baked apple chips or thinly slicing tomatoes for homemade pizza, but I've used it for many other things. Even after several months of use, the performance does not decrease and the blades remain razor-sharp. In fact, the blades are so sharp that it can be tempting to use the slicer without a handguard. Do not do that. Save yourself (and your fingers) a trip to the emergency room.
