The size chart is misleading.
I ordered a size 7 for a 9 year old but they are so tight he couldn't even fit his foot. I can only assume they are made in Asia where sizes tend to be on the small side. . However, the quality was great! Good stitching, quality leather, soft fluffy lining - I'm so disappointed I couldn't return them for a larger size.
