I was so excited to receive this item and when I turned it on to charge it didn't light up at all. I thought I might be doing something wrong. I checked to see if the battery was inserted incorrectly, but it wasn't. After a few tries to turn it on I saw that it finally succeeded, but note that every slightest movement of the charging cable turns it off, now I'm back to the starting point where it doesn't turn on at all. There are no indicators to show if it's charging. or not. To be honest I feel like I was robbed even though it was only about $90 and I was expecting a little more. At some point I'll probably have to send it back and order a new one somewhere else. I appreciate that they are trying to help by offering to send a new battery, but it seems to me that no one has actually tested this particular item or thoroughly tested any of the 2nd update: This company is so untrustworthy that I am so was disappointed in the product because I forgot my memory card in it. That. Do you think they would have contacted me 3 or 4 weeks later to return the memory card if they had really checked their systems thoroughly? just say
