I've built many 1/25 scale models and a few 3D wooden puzzles from other manufacturers. This was my first Veter model. The idea of combining wood and plastic was fascinating. This is conceptually very good, but during assembly I learned that two different materials (wood and plastic) do not always form compatible bonds. Wood is somewhat forgiving, but plastic is not. Wax quickly became "my friend". The black cloth included in the kit is an absolute must as it improves the visibility of the clear plastic connection points. Overall, the 63-page construction booklet is well done, but there are a few critical points where the instructions are very vague or missing entirely. The creation of this model requires a very high level of skill, a lot of patience and a person willing to take on the challenge and solve problems. Considering that. I really enjoyed putting this plastic and wood 3D puzzle together.
