I've been using these gloves to swim at the gym about 4 times a week for the past few months. I have to say that I absolutely love her. They are still in excellent condition, can't say I wear them as often as I do now. The gloves added extra stress to my swim which helped me lose some weight and tone my arms and chest. I find swimming my usual circles as well as wearing gloves during basic aqua aerobics to be a great chest, back, and arm workout. I am very satisfied and plan to order a pair for my wife. As for the fit - I ordered a very large size and they fit perfectly. I also wear a very large scale hospital glove.
