I've been using it for more than a week. The headset is very comfortable and flexible. I am giving this product two stars for two shortcomings. - There is audible feedback, a loud hum with every call, that's not there when the mic is muted. This wasn't the case with previous headsets - the microphone doesn't adjust horizontally away from the mouth. This will pick up some breath sounds when you are right in front of your mouth. Clicks and clicks were very loud for several days and callers could hear the noise. Today is the last day of action. Carefully cared for - the wires did not kink, did not come into contact with liquids.
