Almost lost my dog!

The line has broken for the second time. Bought a few years ago, love it. I bought this to replace and the second time I went for a walk part of the clip came off completely leaving my dog on a busy road. I had to walk half a mile to the house and hold on to the collar. I absolutely cannot recommend this product! zero stars
