The best calcium and complex supplement I have found in my hobby in 30 years. Definitely increases calcium levels. If you plan to use this product, be sure to purchase a test kit and test it daily. Use small amounts until you get the system where you want it as it will definitely increase your calcium levels. I don't use the shower, just add it manually. Once you reach your desired level and understand how much your system is using per day, maintaining the level is fairly easy. You can also skip a day here and there and that's fine. I know it sounds like a pain, but I use a journal with all of my supplements. The instructions on the bottle are easy to understand. Highly recommended.
