Not as good as advertised

I bought a Chipolo card because it advertised disconnection warnings. Split alerts are very unreliable and should not be used when necessary. When they're working, which is about 25% of the time, they're great. Otherwise the Chipolo card works as advertised. I'm using an iPhone 12 Max to test the Chipolo card. I find Tile much more reliable, but to get shared alerts you need a $2.99 subscription, which also offers detailed tracking history and free battery swaps.
