Nike+ sports watches are great for running; uses GPS or Shoe Pod or both. I keep pace on the main display. I like the heart rate on the smaller secondary display at the top, and I can switch between distance, elapsed time, calories, time of day, and average pace. I use Auto Laps set to 1km. Quickly finds a satellite if it has recently been synced to the internet. Unreliable heart rate measurements with a separate Polar/Nike+ chest strap. This is my 4th; in 6 years had two problems connecting via USB, one latch broke off. Nikeplus.com shows a map of my runs and logs all of my runs. Is no longer produced; may need to keep a Nikeplus.com account.
