I was looking for something small to wear top or bottom and this fits just right! The watch is light and comfortable. To set the time, simply pull the crown out slightly, turn it to the desired time, and then bring it back. I saw that some are having trouble with the lock, I drew some arrows on the photo to show you just need to get these hooks (bottom arrow) to hook onto the bar (top arrow) and then press the back in place. Mesh strap sizing instructions are not included with the watch. I just googled how to adjust the timex mesh strap and a few videos turned up, it's very easy to move and adjust! I used a paperclip like the other reviewer, look for that photo here, they explain a bit.
