Generally not very adjustable and the foam is very stiff. Poorly made.
The strap is barely adjustable. For example, I feel like I broke it trying to customize it. That doesn't mean it's regulated at all. The foam on the ears is hard and cheap. I don't expect this item to last a month let alone the winter.

- I bought it for my granddaughter, she likes it a lot, high quality and so cute.
- Looks good, but the child has not yet given. It's for Christmas.
