Package arrived exactly as described. Fits perfectly on my Febco valve with all the seals. Now the bad news. I replaced all the parts, reassembled it exactly the way I disassembled it and it ran for about 15 minutes before it started leaking again. Yes, I cleaned the valve before replacing the seals. No, I didn't use any abrasives. Yes, I lubricated all new seals with silicone grease. No, I don't have water pressure greater than 50psi. So, I'm not sure what the problem is. I suspect that one of the two springs has failed. Feathers are not included.
