Great customer service, best support team I've ever come across in any ecommerce business! They care about their customers 100%. Their prices for domains/domains with unlimited storage space can be seen at rock bottom rates compared other competitors (like godaddy). And they're easy as hell when it comes down do managing multiple accounts or sub-accounts under one account - just get some time into learning how things work then you will not regret this purchase decision of mine :) Do buy them now if your looking forward buying from low priced providers like GoDaddy etc but DO NOT TRY TO BUILD ANYTHING ON THEIR DOMAIN MANAGEMENT PLATFORM BECAUSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. If there's something wrong please let me know because i'm trying my utmost so everyone else does too!! The cheap price point which was what made most appealing initially has turned out to also turn off many others who were still undecided due lack confidence after reading reviews online previously before making up mind. Now we have an actual platform where people I like that it's easy to use and the price is reasonable. I dislike that it doesn't have a lot of features and that it doesn't have a lot of options. I wish it had more features, and I wish it was cheaper. It's okay for the price. It's easy to use, and it's cheap. I use it for my domain name. I use it for my website. I use it for my email. I use it for my business.
