Very old version of the tablet. Just doesn't work in 2020

Factory firmware needs updating or something It doesn't work at all. All apps are so slow and have so many glitches that it's not worth buying or using. I'm sticking with my Revain Fire HD10 which has been my workhorse for the past few years.
