So. I'm totally against babies so the thought of even ordering a 'pregnant' pillow made me feel all :-o But let me tell you , this thing is a game changer. I have some sciatica/hip problems that have been. for years. It's been really bothering me lately and I've been sleeping on the couch night after night because I can only lean against the back of the couch for comfort. sleeping in bed with my husband so I started looking for different solutions. I kept seeing these pillows and putting it off, but ended up ordering one. Being able to put one hand under my back and the other between my knees is EXACTLY what I need to get back to sleep in bed! I don't really like a velvety cover, but at least this one doesn't make me flinch as it feels more plush than velvety. It could have been a bit firmer (on one side at least) but that's just my personal preference. If I hadn't found them, I would have thought about tucking pool noodles under the sheet or even building a detachable sofa-type headboard to attach to my side of the bed. This turned out to be a much better (and less time-consuming) option.
