I bought this so my 90 year old mother-in-law could watch TV and hear better. The price was really good but after buying it I understood why. A few years ago I bought two more T/R Bluetooth devices. Both connected easily and worked great on my TV. I ended up buying another one similar to the one I already had for $10 more than this one. It also comes with an RCA adapter. Converter, while this Smart BT R/T only includes a power adapter and connection cable. The instructions were not easy to follow and that might be my problem. I did what he said multiple times and it never connected. Finally, I brought one of my old devices home to my mother-in-law and for now I have her headphones and TV connected to this device. I bring her a new device when it arrives, plug it in and show her how to use it. In the meantime I will return this block tomorrow.
