Tried on a black 2017 Honda Ridgeline (5000lb capacity without parts) with a 3500lb trailer. It's only 4-6 inches off the ground and will pull through big dips. In addition, the trailer seemed very relaxed - maybe also because of the damper. I replaced it with a stock 2" clutch and it's noticeably better. I couldn't go more than a few miles with the Curt clutch, and my knuckles turned white. I replaced it and found I could get to 70mph with no problem and have driven it over 100 miles with a trailer. So better without pulling. pickups, especially if you don't have a lot of headroom. I don't feel like my bottom is low, but it's certainly not high. Otherwise the product was well made and beautiful. .
