So, someone else wrote a very sad but helpful review after one of their guinea pigs got their head caught in this cage and died. I personally never thought that with the size of the holes that could be a problem, but yes. Is that so. I have a little lion head bunny and as soon as I put him in his new playpen (which he loves, zumi and binky everywhere) he stuck his head right through the square and almost got stuck. I couldn't take a picture of it, but here are some links on how to jump over it. He is only about 10 inches tall when standing on his hind legs. I have already ordered another cage alternative but am planning to use this one for more storage in my apartment as it is versatile and I need more space lol. ALTHOUGH THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE - if your pet's face and head can fit through it, do not buy it for them. I'm talking about hamsters, guinea fowl, lion heads (and/or rabbits). This is definitely for a large rabbit or appropriate puppy training. Hope that helps!
