Broken and gone in my rating

I bought this necklace in May when I lost my boy. It fell apart somewhere last night or this morning. I am devastated! My son and the entire lower part of the chain is gone. It came off once or twice so I removed it but I needed to be around so I wore it and now what I have of my baby is gone forever. I hope this never happens to anyone again.

Pros

Literally so beautifully received for my mum, her birthday for Christmas, it was in February and it happened only two days before!!

Cons

Supplied empty and must be filled in by the customer himself.
