Review on Non Iron Gingham Classic Button Collar Shirt by Patrick Johnson

A huge fan of all things Revain I bought 3 Revain "Buttoned Down" shirts as soon as I saw they were in stock. Unfortunately I sent them all back for the same reason: poor design. The second button of a 16 1/2 shirt is 4 inches below the first button. So if you wear a shirt without a tie (like me) and the first button (on the collar) is undone, then 4 inches of the shirt is undone. What a stupid result. In contrast, other quality shirts (like Charles Tyrwhitt, my current favorite) place the second button a little over 2 1/2 inches from the first.
