Weak. Not for plant lamps.
This may seem obvious to some, but if you're thinking of buying this for your plant, don't. The grow light might be too powerful for that because I used it maybe 5 times and it just stopped working. At the exit it got very dark, and then just died. So sad! I didn't even leave it on long while using it. I mean I know it's cheap but what a waste of money for me. It also flickered when turned off completely, every time I turned on the light in my living room. Super weird!
