Ideal for stretching. I used them to stretch my slime to 0 and the cone that screws into one side of the tunnel was perfect for me. The only thing I have a problem with is that the threads on the screw on the torch seem a bit rough which makes it easy to attach but takes a lot of effort to unscrew (I found I could hold tighter with 2 erasers, which makes removing the screw much easier). I've had them for about a year now and the metal is holding up well. I like tunnels for my septum because I work in the healthcare industry and it allows me to put cotton infused with essential oils in the tunnel, which will help mute some of the everyday odors I encounter. Worth buying.
