Terrible customer service
I ordered size Large but received Medium. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. The second time I ordered a large size and received a medium size I thought maybe they didn't even have the large ones left and they were hoping someone would keep the medium size. I tried to contact the seller regarding this and got a response from a statement that didn't even make sense to me. I want to be contacted by someone who can really help me without giving me an excuse I don't understand. It shouldn't be that hard, I just want the size to better match the top I already have. If I didn't already have a matching top, I'd forget all about it. Should not be tightened. Update: I took a chance and tried again. I got the medium the third time I ordered the large. I can't invent it!
