I usually wear size L because I think it's "loose" clothes, I order 2XL, it's a bit small for this size, it fits me but not the way I want . So if you're a big guy I don't think this is for you. The quality of the product is not the best, the texture seems strange, the smell is a bit annoying so get ready to stuff your nose.
